Biography:

I was born and raised in Cuba, where I obtained my first law degree from the University of Havana in 2005. Practicing law has always been my passion, so when I immigrated to the United States, I decided to continue the same path. I obtained a LL.M. in US Law degree from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law, which led me to the admission to the Louisiana State Bar Association, hence being able to represent immigration clients nationwide. As an immigrant myself, I empathize with those looking for an honest answer and representation to their immigration needs. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, reading and traveling………. “We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.” Chuck Swindell
